The TZ-V6-2.0 hotend, designed to deliver optimal performance in high-temperature and high-precision applications. This hotend is ideal for 3D printers that require superior printing capabilities with various filament materials, offering excellent heat transfer and a wear-resistant structure.

Hotend Performance:

The TZ-V6-2.0 hotend allows a flow rate of up to 33 mm³/s, ensuring a constant material flow during printing. Additionally, its compact size and lightweight design facilitate integration into various 3D printer setups.

Material and Structural Improvements:

  • Titanium Alloy Screw Fixation: The heating block is connected to the heatsink via two titanium alloy screws, preventing the throat from bending or breaking during high-speed printing.
  • Integrated Heating Block and Throat: The integrated structure enhances heat dissipation and eliminates issues of material leakage or detachment.
  • High-Temperature and Wear Resistance: The heating block can withstand printing temperatures up to 550ºC due to its chromium and nickel treatment, while the hardened SKD11 steel nozzle is extremely resistant to wear.

  • Thermistor: 104NT-4, with a maximum printing temperature of 300ºC, GH1.25 connector.
  • Ceramic Heating Plate: Operating voltage of 24V, 48W, with a maximum printing temperature of 300ºC, XH2.54 connector.
  • Fixed Aluminum Heatsink: Secured by a top screw, providing a stable connection and easy disassembly to reduce maintenance costs.
