It is used for precision linear movements in 3D printers and other high-end machines.

We recommend greasing them with lithium grease or similar that does not damage plastics. Before greasing, we recommend cleaning and drying them.

Guide / Carriage mounting precautions:

• Assembly must be done very carefully, or the balls will slip out of place. The guide should be slid into the retainer position, the guide pushing the retainer so that the balls always stay within the carriage in the correct position. The retainer should be removed only to be replaced by the guide. 
• It is very important that both parts are clean and greased.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect handling and / or assembly.
