PP (1.75mm) by WINKLE is a filament manufactured in Spain for 3D printers with FFF/FDM technology. It stands out for its combination of lightness, low density and exceptional mechanical properties, such as flexibility and impact resistance.

With hydrophobic properties, it is ideal for durable industrial and automotive parts, resistant to moisture and chemicals. In addition, it is versatile, suitable for contact with food and allows the printing of dishwasher and microwave-safe objects.

Thanks to its exhaustive quality control, they guarantee a constant diameter throughout the winding, something that will make your prints of much higher quality, avoiding jams in your machine. Likewise, our process guarantees the absence of chemical impurities that can modify the physical, chemical and aesthetic properties of our product.

In order to preserve the properties of our product, they are sent packaged in a sealed bag to protect it from moisture and UV rays. This makes PP a versatile material, with excellent adhesion between layers, which adapts to a wide variety of needs, both industrial and domestic.

Compatible with most FDM 3D printers on the market.

Printing parameters

• Head temperature: 220ºC - 250ºC.
• Bed temperature: 85ºC - 100ºC.

Recommendations:

• Print on a closed printer.
• Print in a ventilated place.
• A hot bed adhesive is appreciated. Adhesion improves when the temperature of the first layer is higher.
• It is recommended to print at slow speeds.
