Hardened Steel Nozzle for TZ-V6 Hotend.

Features:

  • Detachable Nozzle for Easy Replacement: Designed for quick and easy replacement, the nozzle can be swapped out in just 30 seconds, making it convenient and fast to handle.
  • Nozzle Material: Hardened steel.
  • Nozzle Hardness: Overall hardness of 50º (surface hardness of 55-60 degrees).
  • Hardness Treatment: General hardening treatment. Manufactured using a high-quality hot forming process, with high-temperature carburization and hardening treatment. This nozzle has excellent wear and heat resistance, combining high hardness with great toughness, offering a long service life, and compatibility with most high-temperature printing materials available on the market.
  • Chamfer Design: Each nozzle features a chamfered design, reducing resistance, providing a smooth flow, and preventing clogging or adhesion issues.
  • Smooth Feeding without Blockages: The inner wall is smooth and burr-free, allowing for quick, stable, and blockage-free material feeding.
Tight Fit with No Material Leakage: The contact surface is flat, and the joints fit perfectly, effectively preventing material leakage from the print head.
