Set of parts for the filament sensor for the Orbiter V2 extruder.


Characteristics:

  • Filament detection
  • Automatic filament loading
  • Filament unload button

The filament entry ring is printed on a transparent material so that it is illuminated by a bi-color LED to show the status as follows:

  • Red - no filament detected
  • Green - filament present
  • Orange - Flush button is pressed (only when filament is present)


Contains:

  • Filament sensor
  • Nylon SLS printed parts (only compatible with Orbiter V2).
  • Wiring for the sensor
  • Hardware: 2x M3 nut, 2x M3x20 screw, 4x M3 washers, 2x D6 Ball.
