MKS DLC32 motherboard kit, is an offline engravinf master control kit developed for desktop engraving machines. The hardware is equipped with a 32-bit high-speed ESP32 module, integrated WIFI function, and directly drives a 3.5-inch touch colour screen; it can realize fast engraving and web pages. Control, mobile phone APP control and other functions. The mounting holes and board size of MKS DLC32 are compatible with MKS DLC, and the it can also used with GRBLaser and LightBurn PC software.

Features:

ESP32-WROOM-32U (8M Flash). Built-in ESP32-DOWD-V3 chip, Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX6 microprocessor, supporting clock frequency up to 240MHz.

The motherboard uses the ESP32-WROOM-32U module, which embeds a dual-core 32-bit high-speed MCU with a clock up to 240MHz. And integrated WIFI, Bluetooth module, the performance is very powerful.

In addition, the module has a built-in 8M byte Flash memory chip, which provides effective protection for more application scenarios.

Engraving speed up to 8000mm/min: thanks to the high-speed IO flip speed of the main control module and a powerful timer, MKS DLC32 can achieve a very high-speed engraving speed, which measure can reach 8000mm/min.

Engraving effect: The PWM frequency of MKS DLC32 can be as high as tens of kHz (the traditional scheme is lower than 980Hz), which fully meets the needs of various semiconductor laser heads. The engraving effect is more delicate than the traditional desktop engraving scheme, and the grayscale expression is smoother.

WEB Control: MKS has developed the WEB page od DLC32. As long as you log in the IP address of the motherboard with a browser on the LAN, you can perform various engraving operations, file transfers, etc.

Mobile app: MKS has also developed a supporting mobile phone APP, which can edit pictures, convert pictures intro engraving files, and transfer them to the main board in addition to conventional control.

Offline engraving: MKS has developed the WEB page of DLC32. As long as you log in the IP address of the motherboard with a browser on the LAN, you can perform various engraving operations, file transfer, etc.
